Our Process

    Registration

    You can register or your employer or relocation agent can also register and pay on your behalf, sending you a link to create your own login. You can also set security level access (if you have a nominated relocation agent)

    Stages of Application

    Stage 1 – appruvi Application comprises the personal profile(s) of all leaseholders and occupants. Stage 2 – appruvi processes all tenant application information. Stage 3 – Property Application: This is where you apply for properties

    Expiry of Registration

    You will have 12 months to lodge your tenant application with us, from the date you register. Once your tenant application has been approved, you will have 6 months to secure a property before your registration expires.

    Tenant Application

    We recommend you lodge your application within 1 – 3 months before you relocate. Your tenant application includes details such as your identification, living history, employment history, next of kin, etc. You can log in and out as many times as required whilst completing your information.

    Processing Application

    appruvi processes your references, carries out database checks and creates your professional application (including a cover page application summary, personal profile information, property application information, uploads, photos, identification and references).

    Updates

    Once your tenant application has been processed by appruvi, you can log in and update any changes.
  • 7

    Property Application

    You can start applying for properties, once your Tenant Application has been approved. When you find your ideal property, log in to appruvi, complete the property details and link your application directly to the property manager’s inbox. If you have a nominated relocation agent and provided the authorised level of access, they can complete the property application details on your behalf, However, they are not able to lodge the application (this must be done by you).
